Circular 3 has been published. Please note that the
final date for payment of 100% of the total fees is 31 October
2009. Please direct any enquiries to

Rossiter. Included with the Circular (as a separate
document) is an entry form for all players who wish to
participate in the Individual Championships. This form
must only be completed by players who are not participating in
the Team Championships and who are not representing their
union/region in an official capacity. |

The registration software for capturing your player details have
been updated. A few bug fixes were made.
Download the
update. NB! Before installing the software, make
backups of any files you have already created and copy them to
the appropriate folder once the update is installed.
Remember to copy/download the latest ratings database as well. |

software) have been added.
These are just plain rtf files which can be opened with any word
processor.
Tournament rules
Some changes made to the
tournament
rules (mostly spelling ,grammar and references to the FIDE
Laws of Chess). The most important changes are Points 6.2
and 6.9. |
